Seamless steel pipe has a hollow section. The seamless pipes are widely used for conveying fluid, such as the transmission of oil, natural gas, gas, water and some solid materials. Compared with round steel and other solid steel, the seamless pipe has light weight under the same bending strength. Seamless pipe has many applications such as the ordinary carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel or alloy structural steel rolling. There are three supplies according to purposes as follows:
The first one is the supply according to chemical composition.
The second one is supply according the mechanical performance.
The last one is according to the hydraulic test.
The seamless pipe with special purpose has boiler seamless pipe, geological seamless steel pipe, oil seamless pipe and so on.
