Josep Bunyesc built a passive building in Spain for his families. There are 3 floors in total, including two floors on the ground and one floor under ground. Compared with traditional buildings, this building could save about 90% of energy consumption, which could keep the indoor temperature at 20-25℃ in whole year.
After continuous adjustment, the orientation of room is optimized. The heat insulation and solar panel, rigid frame and other building materials are used in the building.
