This company is located in Grand Falls-Windsor. The owner is Sean Mercer. He has known that demand after seeing these tiny houses. So he decided to start Rollin Cabins company to manufacture and study the tiny house.
This tiny house manufactured by Rollin Cabins has the size as the trailer. The size of length and width is 24R*8.5R. However, the functions are various including a kitchen, toilet and heating system. The energy could be switched between 12V and 120V, which could be installed with solar panel.
It takes two weeks to make such a miniature house, with a cost of 65,000. The final price depends on the customization requirements of the customer. New Brunswick's miniature residential price is between 59,000 and 79,000.
"This miniature residential is used extensively. It can be used as a standalone unit and can also be used as a guest house," said Sean. "Over the past few weeks, many people have expressed this interest on mini house."
